This is an agreement between you (the site user) and JusticePresh. Your use of this site is governed by the terms of this document; and your use of this site is a binding proof of your agreement to these terms.
Children under 18 (or the adult legal age in their jurisdiction) are required that their parents or legal guardians enter this agreement with us (JusticePresh) on behalf of these children, and will be responsible for the consequences of the use of this site by these Children.

General Restrictions

For you to use this website, the following are prohibited:

  • The use of robot, spider, or any automated means to access our service for any purpose.
  • Injecting or uploading any material or element that may cause harm to this website, customers, and/or other users of this website.

Customer Restrictions

As a customer with us, you must first be at least 18 years of age, and also not a minor in the jusrisdiction of your residence.
As a customer, you are prohibited from:
  • Failing, by any means, to pay for any service purchased by you.
  • Circumventing the actual price generated by our system for the purchase of any service, or giving wrong information about your project in order to purchase service for that project at a lower price.
  • Circumventing any technical measure we use to provide service.

JPSP Restrictions

As a JPSP, you are prohibited from:
  • Circumventing any technical measure we use to provide service.
  • Commercialising, sharing, or distributing any customer's material for any reason.

General Responsibilities And Warranties

For you to use this website, you guarantee and are responsible for the following:
  • You acknowledge, and accept to be bound by all terms and contents of this Terms Of Use.
  • You acknowledge, and accept to be bound by all other terms, policies, rules, and regulations governing the use of this website.
  • You will only use this website and our services in a manner that is acceptable and legal according to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • You will not in any way copy, modify, distribute, or sell any copyrighted, trademarked, or any other protected proprietary material or data without the express written consent of the owner of such material or data.
  • You will not take any action (whether directly or indirectly) physically, in writing, verbally, or electronically that may result in racial discrimination, pain (physical, mental, or emotional), assault, insult, abuse of any other user (visitor, customer, or JPSP) of this website.
  • All communications between you and other users (visitors, customers, and/or JPSPs) are solely at your own risk. JusticePresh, our directors and other executives, employees, affiliates, and third parties will not be held responsible for, and so will be held harmless of, any consequence resulting from such communications.
  • You will hold harmless, defend, and indemnify JusticePresh, our directors and other executives, employees, affiliates and third parties for any losses, liabilities, costs, expenses relating to or arising out of your use of this website or the services we offer, including any breach by you of the Terms of this agreement, or any other terms, agreement, or policies governing the use of this website and the services we offer.
  • JusticePresh, or our affiliates will not be held responsible for, and so held harmless of, any loss whatsoever, harm (including, but not limited to, threat, tort, death), damages whatsoever caused to you resulting from your use of this website or the services we offer, or your reliance on the information or results obtained from such use. However, compensation (completely at the discretion of JusticePresh and our executives) will be equal to the amount paid, if any, for the purchase of the cause service.
  • You will not create multiple accounts with us for any unlawful purpose (determined solely at the discretion of JusticePresh and our executives).
  • We reserve the right to restrict an account, delete an account, withhold or supend service from an account, or take other disciplinary measures in order to maintain the integrity of, good functionality of, and order on this website and the services we offer.
  • We reserve the right to modify and make changes to this document (our Terms Of Use) at anytime we see it fit to. We may or may not notify you by any means of such updates: it is therefore your sole responsiblity to frequently check this document so to see if there were updates made and, if so, to see if you agree to them. Your continual usage of our service, or by retaining an account with us, constitutes your acceptance to the updates made, and your agreement to be bound by them.

Customer Responsibilities And Warranties

As a customer with us, you guarantee and are responsible for the following:
  • You will use this website and the services we offer with all sincerity.
  • You have the legal right to have the materials you send to us worked on in the manner you requested us to have it done.

JPSP Responsibilities And Warranties

As a JPSP, you guarantee and are responsible for the following:
  • You will accept a project only if you can start work on it immediately, and deliver within the set time.
  • During the course of your work, if you find out that the project you're working on contains any subject prohibited by us, you will cancel that project and stop work immediately.

Projects

  • A project is only initiated when complete payment has been made for it.
  • Projects with status as "Pending Payment" will not be attended to until their payments are made. These projects will be removed after 10 days, if their payments aren't made.
  • After payment for a project is made, it'll pend approval. Its status will become "Pending Approval".
  • A project will be approved if it was found to be in agreement with all the terms, conditions, policies, rules, and regulations governing this website and the services we provide. If approved, its status will become "Approved", and so it'll be set for a JPSP to accept and start work.
  • A project will be disapproved if it violates any of the terms, conditions, policies, rules, and regulations governing this website and the services we provide. If disapproved, its status will become "Disapproved", and your money will be refunded as soon as we get the notice.
  • If by chance a project that should be disapproved was approved and accepted by a JPSP, he has the right to cancel such project. If he does cancel such project, you will be refunded of your money as soon as we get the notice.
  • You can only rate a project, request a revision, or request refund within 10 days from the project's most recent delivery.
  • After rating a project, you will no longer to able to request a revision or refund. You may rate a project only ones.
  • After a project is delivered, you may request a revision according to the "An Alternative To Refund" conditions in our Money-Back Guarantee agreement. Do well to read that document.
  • After a project is delivered, you may request a refund according to the terms and conditions of our Money-Back Guarantee.
  • After requesting a refund, the customer will no longer have access to download his delivered project's file.
  • A project can be sealed manually by the customer, or automatically after 30 days of the project's most recent delivery.
  • Once a project is sealed, the project's files will be removed completely from our server and the customer will no longer be able to download them. Customers are advised to successfully download their delivered project files before project's sealing takes place.

Evaluations

  • All evaluation results will be removed ten days after they were evaluated.
  • An evaluation result with status as "Evaluated & Found Suitable" has up to 90% chance of being approved once its payment is made. You can make payment by going to "Projects" and clicking on the "Pending Payment" status for that particular project having same reference code as that in the evaluation results; or you can click "Start Now" in the "Start Project" column of the evaluation results and be directed to "Projects" where you can do as explained earlier to make payment. This is only available to those signed up with us.
  • If evaluated and found unsuitable, one of two reasons will prevail: it's prohibited, or it's too large. It'll be "Prohibited" if it violates any of the terms, conditions, policies, rules, and regulations governing this website and the services we provide; it'll be "Too Large" if it is too much to be taken as one project. If too large, split the project and send them one at a time. Only one JPSP will handle the whole project, even if split up. Read why we do this is our FAQs.

Payments And Refunds

  • When you pay for our service, you'll be charged a processing fee. This fee will be added to the cost of the service you want to pay for. The charge is $1 + %5 of the cost of service to be purchased.
  • In the case of a refund, we refund to you only the complete cost of service you purchased; the processing fee you were charged for during the initial payment will not be included.
  • When we refund you of your money, the amount you'll receive may vary and may not be exactly equal to the amount you paid for our service. This is majorly dependent on some factors, and independent of JusticePresh: The company through which you initially made this payment may charge you a fee for the refund transaction.

Disclaimer Of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THIS SITE, ITS CONTENTS, AND/OR ANY OF ITS SERVICES IS COMPLETELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. THIS SITE, ITS CONTENTS, AND ITS SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER JUSTICEPRESH NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCOATED WITH JUSTICEPRESH MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR RESPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THIS WEBSITE, ITS CONTENTS, AND ITS SERVICES.

HOWEVER, THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTY WHICH CAN NOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

Limitation Of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL JUSTICEPRESH, OUR DIRECTORS AND OTHER EXECUTIVES, EMPLOYEES, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR AFFILIATES OR THEIR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS WEBSITE OR ANY OTHER WEBSITE LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THIS WEBSITE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, OR ANY SERVICE OR ITEM OBTAINED THROUGH THIS WEBSITE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INJURY, PAIN OR SUFFERING, DEATH, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFIT, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, OR WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT OR NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.
