Delivery Policy
All projects will be completed and delivered within the timeframe stated while placing the order for the project.
In the event the project would not be completed and delivered within the specified timeframe, you will be notified and informed how much more time will be needed to complete and deliver the project.
You will then have the option to let us have the extra time we request of you to complete the project, or you can choose to be refunded.
If you agree to the extra time needed to complete your project, the time will be set in the "Projects" area of your account to the new delivery time.
However, if you choose a refund, the total amount charged for the project will be refunded through the same channel you were charged.
All completed projects can be seen in the "Projects" area of your account. There you can download your completed projects, and also rate our service.
