Money-Back Guarantee
Because we value the rights of our customers in getting exactly what they pay for, this document guarantees that you have the option for a complete refund in the situation where you get something less than you bargained.
However, not only our customers are entitled to protection; those who offer their services to the customers also need protection. This is to make sure that those who do the work are paid, if they performed their tasks as they should.
- That customers are satisfied with the results they get.
- That JPSPs do exactly what their tasks require.
- That, in the hopes of getting jobs done for free, customers do not defraud JPSPs.
- That everyone gets exactly what they deserve.
The Conditions Are:
- The customer gave a clear set of instructions, and/or specifications concerning how his work should be done.
- The JPSP did not completely follow the instructions, and/or meet the specifications given by the customer.
If, while working on a customer's job, the JPSP finds that the file contains one or more elements prohibited by us, he can cancel the project. If this happens, the customer's money will be completely refunded to him.
A customer can only apply for a refund ones, and within ten days from when his project was most recently delivered. When an application for refund is made, our Quality Assurance Team will check to make sure the conditions for a refund are met. If met, the money will be refunded to the customer immediately; but if the conditions aren't met, there will be no refund.
An Alternative To Refund
An alternative to a refund is revision. All customers are entitled to two revisions per project. Revisions can be used to clarify better the service provider, according to the original instruction given earlier by the customer. Customers should, however, not use this to request for services different from what was originally stated.
Through revision, a project can be made to completely match the specifications given by the customer. Revisions are useful in many ways, including situations where the instructions given by the customer aren't clear enough to be fully understood by the JPSP, or where little rectifications can solve the problem.
This can be a time saver.
